TravelConnect eSIM provides eSIM data plans that allow users to access mobile internet connectivity in international destinations. Our eSIM products are digital goods delivered via QR code to the email address provided at checkout.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Own an eSIM-compatible device
• Provide accurate billing and contact information
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition on receiving our services

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice, though orders placed before any price change will honor the price at time of purchase.

Payment is processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). We do not collect, store, or process credit card numbers or CVV codes directly. By placing an order, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions.

4. eSIM Delivery

eSIM QR codes are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. We aim to deliver eSIM codes within 15–30 minutes of payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or email provider spam filters.

5. Fair Usage Policy

"Unlimited" data plans are subject to fair usage policies. After consuming the high-speed data threshold applicable to your plan and destination, data speeds may be reduced during congested periods. This is standard practice across the mobile industry. Speed and coverage depend on destination and local network providers and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our eSIM service for:

• Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws
• Generating commercial traffic or operating as a reseller without written permission
• Automated data scraping or machine-to-machine applications
• Any activity that excessively burdens network infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of TravelConnect eSIM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelConnect eSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that coverage will be available in all locations. Network availability and speed are subject to local conditions outside our control.
